To process payments and manage your subscription, including via JazzCash, EasyPaisa, and card processors.

To communicate with you about updates, security notices, and support.

Each business operates in an isolated environment with role-based access control. Your business data is never shared with other tenants.

We do not use your private business data to train external AI models. Requests to AI providers are made on your behalf to deliver the features you use.

We apply industry-standard safeguards, but no system is perfectly secure; please use strong passwords and protect your account credentials.

Synthixx is powered by the Synthixx AI engine, which is fully managed by us. When you use an agent, relevant information is processed by our AI infrastructure to generate responses.

You do not need any external AI account or API key — the AI is included as part of your Synthixx plan. We never expose your data to other customers.

You may access, correct, export, or delete your data at any time from within the app or by contacting us.

You can opt out of non-essential communications without affecting your service.
