Agreement

By using Synthixx Tools, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the tools. The service is operated by Synthixx Technologies, based in Muzaffarabad, Azad Jammu and Kashmir.

These terms cover the website and the tools on it. They are short because the service is simple: the tools run inside your browser, there is nothing to sign up for, and we never receive your files.

Permitted use

You may use our public tools for lawful personal, educational, and commercial work. You remain responsible for your source files, the accuracy of information you submit, and the way you use the output.

There is no licence to buy and no attribution required. Files you produce are yours to use, sell or publish, and nothing we add is placed in them — no watermark, no branding and no tracking identifier. Automating the site to run large volumes through it is the one use we ask you to avoid, since the tools are designed for a person working with their own files.

No account, no payment

The tools listed on this site are free and do not require an account. We do not take payment for them, so there is no subscription to cancel and no billing dispute to have. If any part of the service ever becomes paid, that will be stated clearly before you are asked for anything, and these terms will be updated.

Advertising

If this site displays third-party advertising, it will help cover hosting. Advertisements are supplied by an external network and are not endorsements by us: we do not control which advertisers appear, and we are not responsible for their products, their websites or their claims. Any dealing you have with an advertiser is between you and them. Our Privacy Policy explains the cookies involved and how to decline them.

Content you must not submit

Do not use these tools on malware, stolen material, illegal content, files that violate copyright or privacy rights, or data you are not authorised to process. Do not probe the site, automate abusive traffic, or interfere with anyone else's use of it.

Ownership

You keep every right you hold in the files you open here. The tools run in your browser and your files are never transmitted to us, so we never receive, store or acquire any licence to them. The Synthixx Tools name, interface, code, and original site content belong to Synthixx Technologies or its licensors.

Availability and limits

File limits and supported formats are shown on each tool page. We may suspend a tool for maintenance, withdraw one that does not work reliably, or block activity that threatens the service. We do not promise uninterrupted availability, and we do not store your files at all, so there is nothing here to treat as storage or backup.

Because processing happens on your device, the practical limits are your own hardware and browser rather than any quota we set. A file that is too large for your device to handle will fail regardless of what a tool page allows.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws applicable where Synthixx Technologies operates, in Muzaffarabad, Azad Jammu and Kashmir. Nothing in them affects statutory rights you hold in your own country that cannot be waived by agreement.

No warranty

Tools are provided “as is”. Conversions can change formatting, image quality, metadata, or document structure. Keep your original files and review every result before relying on it.

Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Synthixx Technologies is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential loss arising from use of the service, loss of data, or reliance on an output. Nothing here excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded.
