You must provide accurate account information and are responsible for activity under your account.

You agree to use the service lawfully and not to misuse the agents, attempt to breach security, or interfere with other users.

Synthixx is offered on token-based plans billed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). Tokens are consumed as you use the agents.

Payments may be made via JazzCash, EasyPaisa, bank transfer, or card. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law.

You may upgrade, downgrade, or cancel at any time; remaining tokens stay valid through your current billing period.

All AI capabilities are provided by Synthixx as part of your plan. You do not need, and are not required to supply, any external AI account or API key to use the service.

You retain ownership of the data and content you submit to Synthixx. You grant us a limited license to process it solely to provide the service.

You are responsible for ensuring you have the right to upload and process any personal data within the agents.

Agent responses are generated by AI and may occasionally be inaccurate or incomplete. You should review important outputs before relying on them.

Synthixx is not liable for decisions made solely on the basis of AI-generated content.

We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Features may evolve over time.

We may update these Terms; material changes will be communicated, and continued use constitutes acceptance.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Synthixx is provided “as is” and our liability is limited to the amount you paid in the preceding three months.
