Editorial Policy
Last updated: August 2026
This policy explains how the team at Synthixx Technologies researches, writes, and maintains the content on this site. It exists so readers can trust what we publish — and so we can be held to a clear standard.
1. Our promise to readers
Every article on this site aims to answer one honest question, accurately, with practical detail. We write from experience running a software company and building tools for schools and small businesses — not from guesswork or recycled marketing copy.
We never publish content whose only purpose is to attract clicks. If a topic does not offer a reader something useful, we do not write it.
2. Who writes for Synthixx
Content is written or reviewed by Jawad Zaheer Kyani, Owner & Founder of Synthixx Technologies. He is a software builder with direct, day-to-day experience of the products and industries covered on this blog.
Each article shows its author and the date it was published or last updated, so readers can judge the freshness and authority of the information.
3. How we use AI
We believe in being transparent about AI. We may use AI tools to help draft, outline, summarise, or proofread articles — but a human always reviews, fact-checks, rewrites, and approves the final version before publication.
We do not publish AI output unedited, and we treat the AI-assisted drafting process as a starting point, never as the finished article. If a reader believes a section reads like unedited automation, we want to hear about it.
4. Research and accuracy
Claims about prices, features, dates, and product capabilities are checked against the product itself and publicly available information before publication.
Where we make comparisons between tools or options, we state our assumptions clearly and give enough detail for the reader to verify or disagree.
When an article includes examples, they are illustrative. Specific numbers are labelled as estimates where appropriate.
5. Corrections and updates
We review and update articles when products, prices, or best practices change. The 'last updated' date on each post reflects the most recent review.
If a factual error is reported, we fix it promptly and, where the change is material, note the correction at the end of the article.
To report an error, email us at [email protected] — please include the article URL and the correction you believe is needed.
6. Editorial independence
This blog is published by Synthixx, so articles may mention our own products. When we do, we say so rather than pretending to be neutral.
We do not accept payment to write, publish, or remove articles, and we do not accept sponsored posts that disguise themselves as editorial content. Any future sponsorship would be clearly labelled.
