Every sheet becomes a plain table with a heading, and those tables are rendered into A4 pages of a PDF.
The tool has no settings: no sheet chooser, no print area, no orientation or scaling. The cell values appear in a bordered grid at 11 px text. Formulas are shown as their results.
One .xls or .xlsx file per run, up to 200 MB.
The whole workbook is read in browser memory, so a very large file may be slow on a low-powered device. The finished PDF stores pages as images, which makes it bigger than a text-based export and prevents copying text out of it.
Use it for a quick read-only copy of data tables where styling does not matter.

If you need charts, colours, print areas or a specific page layout, export from Excel itself. To go the other way and pull data from a PDF, use PDF to Excel. This is a data dump, not a print-accurate export.
Wide sheets are squeezed to fit, page breaks can cut through a row, and merged cells or images may not appear as in Excel. Check the PDF before you send it. If the output is hard to read, the practical fixes happen before conversion: hide or delete unneeded columns and sheets in Excel, keep only the range you need, and shorten very long text cells, then upload the trimmed workbook again. Because the file is read entirely in your browser, you can safely try several versions.
No. All sheets in the workbook are included, one after another, each headed with its sheet name. To convert only one sheet, delete the others in Excel before uploading.

The table is forced to the width of an A4 page at a small font size. A sheet with many columns is compressed to fit, so very wide tables can become hard to read.
