Turning a whole document in one click
You pick one angle, 90, 180 or 270 degrees, and it is applied to every page of the PDF. The pages themselves are not redrawn; only their rotation setting changes.
The tool reads the current rotation of each page and adds your chosen angle to it. A page that was already turned 90 degrees and then rotated 90 more ends up at 180. The output is saved as rotated.pdf.
The interface takes a single PDF (up to 200 MB) and has no thumbnails or per-page controls. Because the angle is added to whatever rotation a page already has, running the tool a second time on the output keeps turning the pages further, so start again from the original file if you picked the wrong angle. Choosing 90 turns pages clockwise, 270 counter-clockwise, and 180 flips them upside down.
Where it helps, and where it does not
It is right when the whole file is sideways or upside down. It is the wrong tool if only a few pages need turning.
• A scanner fed a whole stack sideways, so every page is landscape when it should be portrait.
• A phone-scanned document that came out upside down; one choice of 180 fixes it.
If only some pages are wrong, this tool cannot help because it rotates every page. Split the file with Split PDF or pull out the affected pages with Extract PDF Pages, rotate that part, and put the pieces back together with Merge PDF. To change page order rather than orientation use Reorder PDF Pages. To trim margins rather than turn pages, use Crop PDF.
Things to keep in mind
The rotation is all-or-nothing, clockwise only, and it does not correct pages that are slightly skewed.
Angles are limited to 90, 180 and 270, so a page scanned at a slight tilt cannot be straightened here. Because the change is stored as page metadata rather than by redrawing the page, a viewer that ignores it would show the original orientation, though mainstream viewers respect it.
Text in scanned pages is still just an image, so rotating does not make it searchable; for that use OCR PDF. The file is handled entirely in your browser and is not uploaded.

FAQ
Can I rotate just one page?
Not in this tool. The buttons apply the chosen angle to every page, and the interface says so. If only some pages are sideways, look at Page Operations or work on those pages separately.
Which direction does 90 degrees turn the page?
The value is added to the page's rotation setting in the PDF, which is clockwise. To turn a page counter-clockwise, choose 270.
Does rotating reduce quality?
No. Only the page's rotation attribute is changed; text, images and vectors are untouched, so nothing is re-rendered or recompressed.
Will the rotation show in every viewer?
The rotation is saved in the file, so mainstream viewers and printers show it the same way. Rotating twice by 90 gives the same result as 180 once.
